Possible Virtumonde infection

I've got an infection on a PC which Spybot suggested to be Virtumonde. Outside of Spybot, I was getting messages appear suggesting infection which of course I didn't run. I cannot open regedit or open task manager (using ctrl+alt+del). As some have suggested, I've downloaded Hijack This and the log file is below. Any help gratefully received!
