HELP ME
My anti-spyware says it cannot delete these two......what good is having anti-spyware then
anyway......please help someone

If your not recieving help elswhere post back with a fresh hijackthis log and we can get started.
But first correct its location
Your running Hijackthis from a temp and/Or it still hasnt been unzipped, neither is a good idea.
Create a new folder, for instance C:\AntiSpyware
Download the exe from here to that new folder.
http://www.merijn.org/files/HijackThis.exe
This is necessary to ensure you have backups should anything go wrong
Make and post a new log

Please download Look2Me-Destroyer.exe to your desktop.
http://www.atribune.org/content/view/28/
Close all windows before continuing.
Double-click Look2Me-Destroyer.exe to run it.
Put a check next to Run this program as a task.
You will receive a message saying Look2Me-Destroyer will close and re-open in approximately 1 to five minute's. Click OK
When Look2Me-Destroyer re-opens, click the Scan for L2M button, your desktop icons will disappear, this is normal.
Once it's done scanning, click the Remove L2M button.
You will receive a Done Scanning message, click OK.
When completed, you will receive this message: Done removing infected files! Look2Me-Destroyer will now shutdown your computer, click OK.
Your computer will then shutdown.

Please post the contents of Look2Me-Destroyer.txt
Please download Qoofix by RubbeR DuckY from http://www.malwarebytes.org/qoofix.php
Unzip all files to a convenient location such as C:\Qoofix.
Go to the folder you unzipped all files and run Qoofix.exe.
Click Begin Removal and wait for the scan to finish.
If an infection has been found, select yes to restart your computer.
Finally post a new Hijack This log and the contents of the Qoofix logfile.
There will be a few more steps to take

Although I suggest uninstalling Norton since your using mcafee
Was command software part of a package from Verizon Internet Security Suite ?
Rightclick on the folder > choose send to compressed

yea.....i dont have Macafee or Norton anymore.......Verizon comes with a firewall, anti-virus, anti-spyware, ect. I got rid of the anti-virus and anti-spyware of Macafee the only thing i still have to get rid of is the Macafee spam blocker and the actual security center........
so verizon security shouldnt be clashing with another program........
I dont have Norton......A family member had this computer before me ....maybe they had norton and didnt get rid of it completely.........

I found it..... should i turn windows firewall off, or should i turn verizon firewall off.... i think i should turn windows off because then all my security programs would be together.......Is the firewall clash the reason these messages are coming up about the anti-spyware not being able to delete the two things......

Yes turn off the windows built in firewall since your using the one from verizon.

Run SpyBot check for and fix any problems found afterwards on that same page right click and choose "copy results to clipbourd" or "copy results to file" and post that back here please.
