Win32/patched.CG

I have AVG and the paid version of malwarebytes running on my laptop. Resident shield keeps returning "Virus identified Win32/Patched.CG";"C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\atapi.sys";"Object is white-listed (critical/system file that should not be removed)";"4/13/2010, 3:39:25 PM";"file";"System"
Neither malwarebytes nor avg or spybot sd will remove this.

I also keep getting blocked IP returns here is the Log:

can you help? I do not understand the blocked IP because these will pop up even when I am not on the internet.
