virtumond on my system

spybot s&d has picked up that i have virtumonde.dll and virtumond.sci on my system it has not done anything bad so far, but when i run spybot it keeps changing entries on my system (i'm assuming in regards to the internet), i would like to get rid of it as it is my soon to be music writing computer, also anumber of malware removal product have done nothing in removing it. i have attached the hijack scan for your perusal, any help in removing this would be much appreciated.

Hi,

Download DDS and save it to your desktop from here (http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/dds.com) or here (http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/dds.scr) or here (http://www.forospyware.com/sUBs/dds).
Disable any script blocker, and then double click dds.scr to run the tool.
When done, DDS will open two (2) logs:
DDS.txt
Attach.txt

Save both reports to your desktop. Post them back to your topic.
