Hello and welcome to the forum. If you still need help and are not receiving it elsewhere, you need to know this is a mess. Clean up is going to be slow and not easy. If you wish to continue, I would suggest you keep the computer offline as much as possible, this junk will attract other junk. We will start like this:

1) Use this information and the tool: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/tutorial59.html to remove the hijacker:
O10 - Broken Internet access because of LSP provider 'c:\windows\system32\aklsp.dll' missing this is the item to be removed: aklsp.dll You will know when you are successful, when you reboot that line will no longer be in the HJT log.

2) Please download E2TakeOut by RubbeR DuckY from here:

http://www.malwarebytes.org/E2TakeOut.zip
Extract the file to your Desktop
Double click E2TakeOut.exe
Click the Begin Removal button
Wait until the program is finished scanning
Once done, it will produce a popup stating that the infection has been found and you need to reboot you computer to complete the removal
Reboot your computer
Once your computer has rebooted E2TakeOut will open and produce a report
Please copy/paste that report into your next reply

Restart the computer and post that report along with a new HJT log.

Thanks

He has the comp at his house now. I got him to email this hijack log, the other he just told me over the phone what it said. Sorry I let him take it home. It is a laptop. Let me know what to remove, if any. Thanks for all your help so far. Gum

OK, it's tough to work like that but we might give it a try.

This last log is posted in safe mode, I need to see all logs in normal mode with everything enabled in MSConfig unless I request otherwise, thanks.
This log also appears to have been run with word wrap turned on under format in the notepad. Please turn off word wrap, my scanners can not scan them.

Seems your were able to take care of this item: O10 - Broken Internet access because of LSP provider 'c:\windows\system32\aklsp.dll' missing
and it looks like E2give is gone also (can't scan to be sure) I understand you friend has taken the computer, but you need to do your friend a favor and tell them this is a very seriously infected computer. Even without scanning I can se a load of junk that includes at least three items running from Services that appear to be trojans. This computer is going to continue to attract additional infections in the state it is in now. If you friend took it home to use it, they are making a mistake. It needs to be kept offline except when troubleshooting is being done. I can't proceed until I have a log run as I specified above with word wrap turned off. I also suggest this three way attempt at a fix is a waste of your time and mine.

Thanks...

I will call him and tell him I need it back to fix. It might be monday before I can get it. As far as word wrap goes, are you talking about the way the logfile is set up? Please let me know how to change that because I am not sure I know what or where to change that. Thanks for being patient. Gum

Yes, word wrap stretches and spaces print for word programs I think.

This log also appears to have been run with word wrap turned on under format in the notepad. Please turn off word wrap, my scanners can not scan them. The first two logs were fine, something was changed before the third log was posted and that is usually the reason. Word Wrap will have a check in front of it, remove that check.

Thanks
