Items on Scan

While running a Spybot scan, I notice the number of items at the bottom of the screen keeps getting larger. Are these files that are on my computer, or items that the Spybot is looking for? I see many names, such as "casino" and "porn" that are sites that I don't visit. The number being scanned is now over a million, about double what it was just a couple of months ago. If these are on my computer, how can I get rid of them. Thanks.

Hello MontGR,

During the running of a Spybot scan ("Check for problems") the status bar in the lower left hand corner of the screen shows what Spybot-S&D is checking for.

When the scan completes the results are displayed and if threats were found, or not.
