uninstall problem

I cannot uninstall Spybot S&D completely from my computer.

I first tried uninstalling using Vista Home Premium Start>Control Panel>Programs and Features>Spybot Search and Destroy>Uninstall

Get message
Some elements could not be removed. They can be removed manually.

I don't know what or where they are or how to manually remove them.

Program name disappeared from Programs and Features List and Shortcut icon disappeared from desktop but Spybot Search and Destroy folder and contents remain under All Programs as if program was still there.

I could open Spybot program as if nothing happened.

I then discovered Uninstall Spybot - S&D in Spybot Search and Destroy folder on All Programs list

When I tried using Start>All Programs>Spybot Search and Destroy>Uninstall Spybot - S&D
I get Error box

Runtime Error (at -1:0);
Cannot Import dll:C:\ProgramFiles\Sbt - S & D\UninsSrv.dll

OK is only button available besides red x in top right corner.


I've tried downloading Spybot S&D from Safer Networking website and running install wizard hoping that might give me the needed file.
When I try to uninstall I get same error.

What should I do?
