Laptop with a lot of problems; HJT log included

Hi guys,

Looks like you folks do good work here so I thought I'd get you to help me out.

Computer: Dell Latitude D800 with no dell recovery partition that I could see

I would wipe it, but of course my friend doesn't have his recovery CDs so got to try and remove. I guess in lieu of him doing it himself he thought I might have something magical up my sleeve.

So far:

- Spybot was able to install and I could run the update function, but it won't execute
- MalwareBytes will not install
- ComboFix will not run

Hi,

Download DDS and save it to your desktop from here (http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/dds.com) or here (http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/dds.scr) or here (http://www.forospyware.com/sUBs/dds).
Disable any script blocker, and then double click dds.scr to run the tool.
When done, DDS will open two (2) logs:
DDS.txt
Attach.txt

Save both reports to your desktop. Post them back to your topic.

Download GMER (http://www.gmer.net) here by clicking download exe -button and then saving it your desktop:
Double-click .exe that you downloaded
Click rootkit-tab, uncheck files option and then click scan.
Don't check
Show All
box while scanning in progress!
When scanning is ready, click Copy.
This copies log to clipboard
Post log (if the log is long, archive it into a zip file and attach instead of posting) in your reply.
