Search Results Being Re-Directed

Last week my machine got the AR Manager virus (which seemed to attack Adobe Acrobat). My McAfee removed it. But, ever since then, I've had something on my machine that's re-directing search results. I've tried Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and SpyBot S&D, but whatever is causing the re-directing is still on my machine. Could I get some help with this please? I'd be very appreciative! :-) Thanks.

Please see this forum's FAQ and follow the instructions to post a preliminary DDS log: "BEFORE you POST"(READ this Procedure BEFORE Requesting Assistance) (http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?t=288)

Then start a new topic. If DDS won't run please start a new thread anyway, make note of the situation and a volunteer analyst will advise you when available.
