Need Help cmdservice!

My aol spy blocker for the past week has been blocking cmdservice and I also noticed in my add/remove programs an extra internet explorer, I have never seen that before in any computer. How the heck do I get rid of this thing?
Is my personal information taken, what does this cmdservice do?
