Firefox Not Excepting Immunization

I am currently unable to immunize Firefox. I do not get any error messages and the immunization process appears to work. However, the next time I run Spybot all Firefox immunizations have been removed.

Any help would be appreciated.

IE seems to work fine. It's just Firefox.
