My laptop won't allow me to run any programs except for Mozilla Firefox. I can't run Spybot or DDS scan. I can't open any programs, not even Internet Explorer. I keep getting popups and alerts: Antivirus software alert, Windows Security Alert, Windows Security Center, Spyware Warning, and Security Warning. They all keep telling me that my computer is being attacked by an internet virus, or that the .exe file is infected, do I want to run the antivirus software now?, or to "click here for the scan you computer"- they don't even bother to check for correct grammar. For all these disguised viruses, I close them if I can, and if I can't, I click "no". Not once have I clicked "yes", or "ok". I also get a window popup of internet explorer with a porn site, but I can't access any other pages by either search or typing in the address. I get redirected to a page that says "Internet Explorer Warning-accessing this site may harm your computer" and then gives me links to scan my system. It's probably the worst I've gotten because I can't run any scans or access and file or programs. Please help.

There are 4 different versions. If one of them won't run then download and try to run the other one.
Vista and Win7 users need to right click and choose Run as Admin
You only need to get one of them to run, not all of them.
You will know one ran when a box opens up with a report
Please download Malwarebytes from Here (http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam-download.php) or Here (http://www.majorgeeks.com/Malwarebytes_Anti-Malware_d5756.html)
Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program.
At the end, be sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
Once the program has loaded, select Perform quick scan, then click Scan.

When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected .
When completed, a log will open in Notepad. Please save it to a convenient location and post the results.
Note: If you receive a notice that some of the items couldn't be removed, that they have been added to the delete on reboot list, please reboot.
Post the report please
Download DDS by sUBs from one of the following links. Save it to your desktop.

DDS.pif (http://www.forospyware.com/sUBs/dds)
Double click on the DDS icon, allow it to run.
A small box will open, with an explaination about the tool. No input is needed, the scan is running.
Notepad will open with the results, click no to the Optional_Scan
Follow the instructions that pop up for posting the results.
Close the program window, and delete the program from your desktop.
Please note: You may have to disable any script protection running if the scan fails to run. After downloading the tool, disconnect from the internet and disable all antivirus protection. Run the scan, enable your A/V and reconnect to the internet.
