Error to WinFast FM

Hello.

When I have opened the TV-Tunner program WinFast PVR2 (Version 2.0.3.32), WinFast FM for Radio (for TV works OK, no problem), it gives me the error mesage from below.
Also I scanned and no program has find (??!!!?).
Also it has no audio.
Please help.

It's for WinFast USB II Deluxe but a LeadTek tutorial on no sound is here (http://www.leadtek.com/eng/support/faq.asp?faqlineid=40) at their website.
