During installation the tools.dll shows as a read only , then another file (sorry forgot the name) shows the same thing, If I ignore, then it does not immunize all the domains,
After running a full scan, I chose what to delete, it asks if I am sure, then 'checks" one file and shuts down, if I do another scan immediately, then I get the same files to delete, so I surmise that the program is not deleting them. When I try to run as an administrator is tells me that spybot.exe is not there, and it isn't after the install
I have not had this problem in the past.
First, why am I gettting the read only error?
Why won't it immunize the domains?
Why does it shut down and not delete files?
I don't have it installed at the moment b/c of the error on the tools file, please advise.
I had spybotsandra helping me, she told me to re-install, I got the error, sent a reply , that was 2 weeks ago, so I e-mailed her directly and she has ignored the e-mail. SHe has dissappeared....
So can someone else help me? I can't get a response from her.
