downloader and pop ups ? not the most fun

I randomly get a pop up stating that I need to download some program, I then close that pop up and I am redirected to a website, usually http://drivecleaner.com/.freeware/?p=14&ad=dn_cl_dc_r1&link=http&guid={a3353103-9fb9-4478-a2c2-6d254b649080}&a=1&j=1&pp=0&w=0&ex=1&ap=1
My norton also has found a downloader it cannot get rid of it is C:\WINDOWS\system32\krnsvc.dll

Welcome :)

Please download VundoFix.exe (http://www.atribune.org/ccount/click.php?id=4) to your desktop.
Double-click VundoFix.exe to run it.
Check the Run VundoFix as a task box.
Click the Scan for Vundo button.
Once it's done scanning, click the Remove Vundo button.
You will receive a prompt asking if you want to remove the files, click YES
Once you click yes, your desktop will go blank as it starts removing Vundo.
When completed, it will prompt that it will shutdown your computer, click OK.
Turn your computer back on.
Please post the contents of C:\vundofix.txt and a fresh HiJackThis log.

Ran vundofix.exe as a task and it said I have no infected files ??? maybe i am just meant to have pop ups. thank you for the post though

Double-click VundoFix.exe to run it.
Put a check next to Run VundoFix as a task.
You will receive a message saying Vundofix will close and re-open in a minute or less. Click OK.
When VundoFix re-opens, click Scan for Vundo button.
Once the scan is complete, right-click inside the listbox (white box) and click Add more files
Copy & paste the 2 entries below into the top 2 boxes:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\krnsvc.dll

Click Add Files and click Close Window.

Click the Remove Vundo button.
You will receive a prompt asking if you want to remove the files, click YES.
Once you click yes, your desktop will go blank as it starts removing Vundo.
When completed, it will prompt that it will shutdown your computer, click OK.
Turn your computer back on.

Umm did you add files as I asked you to? Or did you just scan and it said it's clean? If you did everything as outlined in the last set of instructions then please post the vundofix txtlog along with a fresh HijackThis log.
