Hello and welcome to the forum. Before we can start be need to fix the unsafe HJT position.
You are running HJT.exe from a .zip file in a Temporary Directory. This is unsafe as we will have no backups. That is why you received this message when you used HJT: http://russelltexas.com/malware/images/unsafefolder.gif
Please use the information in the following link to place HJT in a permanent, safe folder, I prefer C:\HJT\HijackThis.exe. If you need additional instructions use these: http://russelltexas.com/malware/createhjtfolder.htm
Please do not proceed with the instructions until you have done this.

I need to say NetZero can sometimes be pain to remove. You have requested that I remove this program stating:

Netzero, don't use it, can I remove?

1) Please download ATF Cleaner by Atribune
http://www.atribune.org/public-beta/ATF-Cleaner.exe
Save it to your Desktop. We will use this later.

2) How to make files and folders visible:
Click Start > Open My Computer.
Select the Tools menu and click Folder Options.
Select the View Tab. Under the Hidden files and folders heading, select Show hidden files and folders.
Uncheck: Hide file extensions for known file types
Uncheck the Hide protected operating system files (recommended) option.
Click Yes to confirm.
Click OK.

3) Open HijackThis and choose "Do a system scan only" then check the box in front of these line items:

R1 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Default_Search_URL = http://my.netzero.net/s/search?r=minisearch
R1 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Page = http://my.netzero.net/s/search?r=minisearch
R3 - URLSearchHook: URLSearchHook Class - {37D2CDBF-2AF4-44AA-8113-BD0D2DA3C2B8} - C:\Program Files\NZSearch\SearchEnh1.dll
O2 - BHO: X1IEHook Class - {52706EF7-D7A2-49AD-A615-E903858CF284} - blank (file missing)
O2 - BHO: LinkTracker Class - {8B6DA27E-7F64-4694-8F8F-DC87AB8C6B22} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\qlink32.dll
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [KernelFaultCheck] %systemroot%\system32\dumprep 0 -k
O9 - Extra button: UltimateBet - {94148DB5-B42D-4915-95DA-2CBB4F7095BF} - C:\Program Files\UltimateBet\UltimateBet.exe
O9 - Extra 'Tools' menuitem: UltimateBet - {94148DB5-B42D-4915-95DA-2CBB4F7095BF} - C:\Program Files\UltimateBet\UltimateBet.exe
O15 - Trusted Zone: http://ny.contentmatch.net (HKLM)
O16 - DPF: {15AD6789-CDB4-47E1-A9DA-992EE8E6BAD6} - http://static.windupdates.com/cab_ad.../bridge-c9.cab
O18 - Filter: text/html - {3551784B-E99A-474f-B782-3EC814442918} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\qlink32.dll

Close all programs but HJT and all browser windows, then click on "Fix Checked"

4) RIGHT Click on Start then click on Explore. Locate and delete these items:

C:\Program Files\UltimateBet\ <<< folder (if there)

C:\Program Files\NZSearch\ <<< folder

C:\WINDOWS\system32\qlink32.dll <<< file

5) Run ATF Cleaner
Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.
Click Select All found at the bottom of the list.
Click the Empty Selected button.
Click Exit on the Main menu to close the program.

Restart the computer and post a new HJT log along with any comments you think will help. How is the computer running now.

Thanks...pskelley
