Hello,
Blue screen and Error Signature ("physical memory dump complete" message) this morning plus trojans for the last month...
Can anyone assist me?

My operating system is:
Microsoft Windows XP
Media Center Edition
Ver 2002 SP3

SBSD version 1.6.2[/U]

Norton Antivirus 2010 purchased Sunday but not yet installed.
Norton 360 Premier Edition 2009 (expired 04/2010).

My Norton 360 (2009) expired in April. The Norton Internet Security (2010) was purchased yesterday, but I have yet to install. Presently there are 2 or 3 trojans causing damage to my system -- while I wait for a response from my SpyBot professional.
Should I go ahead and install the new Norton before my fixes are resolved (is there any real danger) or should I only install it after these viruses are cleaned???

Still having trouble after Norton Full Scan. Is there anyone out there that can review my hijack log or DDS log for anaylsis?
