I would consider Spyware Detector safe because it is no longer considered to be rogue or suspect. The update was dated 3-9-06

Note on Spyware Detector: Spyware Detector was listed on this page because of concerns with false positives. Testing with the latest version of Spyware Detector indicates that the problems with earlier versions have been satisfactorily resolved. Thus, we can no longer consider Spyware Detector to be "rogue/suspect" anti-spyware.
Hello Susan528,
I am relieved to think my system is clean, and thank you most profusely for your kind assistance. However I hope you will indulge me one more time. When I run Spybot S & D it keeps coming up with 32 RED entries for Spyware Detector , and when I click 'Fix Selected Problems' Spyware Detector no longer works and has to be reinstalled, which seems to me very suspect, should I uninstall Spyware Detector?
What would you advise this user to do?
Should S&D be changed or the entry in the Spyware Warrior rogue list?
