I'm to the step where I need to run DDS and get the 2 reports, but I can't run it. The computer has autocad installed on it, when the file is on the desktop it is representing an autocad file. When I double click it to run it, it takes about 30 seconds to a minute and then just opens a bunch of jarbled text in a notepad document. So now I'm sort of stuck.

So, basically yeah I'm stuck not being able to do anything with that. I ran the S&D overnight, came in and it had found 22 things, clicked the fix button and it said it fixed them. I restarted and still can't open FF/IE.

Posting additional comments or logs before a volunteer responds, can push you back instead of forward, because your thread ends up with a newer date. In addition helpers would think you are already being assisted because of the post count. For that reason we may merge such posts but please do not count on it.
