Hello, this thread may need to be redirected to another forum.

safer-networking forums are the only forums are trust with system help of any kind.

I have recently run into the dread "physical memory dump" error with a blue screen. This occurs ONLY when my internal wireless card is activated and at no other time. I am using a Toshiba Satellite M35-S320 laptop and have had this problem in the past and was told to just use my internet with an ethernet cord only and not to turn my wireless switch on.

this is not convenient. please help!!!

Right click on My Computer icon, select properties and the Hardware tab. Then click on Device Manager.
Click the + sign next to Network adapters. Do you see the Wireless adapter listed? No yellow mark next to it? Right click on it and select properties. Whats it say under device status.

Download this (http://www.resplendence.com/download/whocrashedSetup.exe)file and post the analysis text if it finds anything. Have you poked around the Toshiba web site. Most commercial vendors maintain good troubleshooting sections. Has the adapter ever functioned ok? Your using the original drivers/software package?

See if this (Windows XP Service Pack 2: Blue Screen after installation, with IntelPro Wireless LAN card) provides any clues. (http://www.csd.toshiba.com/cgi-bin/tais/support/jsp/modelContent.jsp?ct=SB&os=&category=&moid=556040&rpn=PSM30U&modelFilter=M35-S320&selCategory=3&selFamily=1073768663)
