windows 7 error: Activation context generation failed

I am getting this error in windows 7 event viewer. It appears occasionally and I have not run the program in a week or so and the error still occurs. Any suggestions?

I had to temporarily remove the application to do some troubleshooting. If I reinstall would it recreate that file?
