View Full Version : Can't remove Downloader.Bancos!gen

My Dell Laptop is slowing down so i did some cleaning and for some reason Norton Can't move the file Downloader.Bancos!gen

I have already done the following:

1) Disk Cleanup

2) Update/Scan Spybot, Malwarebytes and SUPERAntiSpyware
(found some spyware and removed it)

3) Norton complete system scan and Norton detected Downloader.Bancos!gen but can't move it

4) Backed up the system registry with ERUNT
