How do you prevent SpyBot from overriding an entry to the hosts file?

Hello All:

I am manually adding a line to the hosts file above the SpyBot additions.

However, SpyBot keeps deleting this line.

How do I prevent this from happening?

I started putting my entries above the "# Start of entries inserted by Spybot - Search & Destroy" line, and they seem to be staying put.
