My computer is infected with malware called Antivir. This malware has shut down all programs on my PC, such that I cannot open any programs, including Spybot and internet browsers. How do I deal with this malware?
I solved this by restarting my computer in safe mode (press F8 while computer is booting), and then using the "System Restore" option.
