My PC is infected with w32.skyhoo.worm through Skype. Can Spybot remove this worm?

Usually, your AntiVirus programm should find worms. Which one do you use?

Thanx for your reply. I'm using 'avast! Free Antivirus'. It updates its Virus definitions version automatically. A full system scan performed but no worms found. I installed Spybot and update. It found a couple of worms, names started with 'w32...' but those were not w32skyhoo.worm. Anyway I removed all worms that Skybot found. Still my Skype's sending messages. So sill my PC is infected with this worm, isn't it :(? What can I do?
