a few days ago my explore began to slow down. Sunday morning the machine pop ups came up that told me I was infected and directed me to a webpage that would not open. I could not clear the pop ups or use the machine for anything else. Using a jump drive in safe mode I instaled two malware removal programs and ran them. This allowed me to use the machine but I could not access the internet. I contacted my internet provider and after the person tryed several things told me I was still infected. I later did a system restore and gained access to the internet.
I tryed to run Spybot that was on my machine but got an error message and I could not get it to work. I tryed uninstalling Spybot to re-install it but I got another error message Code 1060.
Can you help me?
