sypbot S&D failed to install

ok guy i hope you can help me coz im trying to install this coz i have a keylogger on my pc ......... but everytime i install it i set everything to defalt and i get {internal error: failed to expand shell folder constant "userappdata"}
so i click ok and then it tell me to fix it and reinstall so dose any1 know how to fix this or any1 know a diff freeware that i can get to get rid of this keylogger?
