Can't Update anything or install an antivirus

Hi, i have had issues recently with installing updates for my antivirus programs, i cant download different ones, i cant manually download the updates, and i cant update windows.

my computer had norton on it for a while, and while it was there i got infected with AV security suite. i havent had any issues with it lately, it hasnt popped up in over 2 months, and recently my norton subscription ran out, i uninstalled it. from that popint on i have had these issues.

i forgot to mention, when i go to certain antivirus websites i cant access them, and when i go to update windows or windows defender i get this error code: 0x80072efd
