Hi;
im unable to get DDS logs..it doesnt produce any after running.
im writing from another pc.. my wifes pc wouldnt even allow me to register on this site..
her pc will not allow any updates of programs i tried to dl and run.malwarebytes anti malware. superantispyware .avg antivrus..firefox will not connect to the net..IE will but anything that requires you to click a button or put information in doesnt work.
i did manually update Spybot and run but it found nothing..it only took 5 seconds to check??? it usually takes minutes.
i did try scans with all the above without updates and nothing.
i cannot access system restore..
not sure where to go from here..
