• Welcome Guest, to the Spybot Forums! It's 2025, and we just upgraded our forum software.

Today is Safer Internet Day, and with our new forum, you can finally use passkeys to login. That was about time!

Of course, you could ask if a forum is still useful, with so many social media networks out there where you might already have an account, and met a lot of users. You can now use your login from some of those networks to log in here. And by posting here, your question and data is stored on our servers and not automatically shared with a whole social media network.

We'll also start using the forum for small bits of information, announcements and more again.

how do i find the cookies in vista? there is no documents and settings folder in vista
also, i thought the cookies were in chrome like it says on the report, i almost never use ie

thanks

a malwarebytes full scan did not find anything when run at the same time as a spybot scan, which found Win32.PornPopUp again, along with other cookies. when i look at the Options -> Content settings -> Show cookies and other site data, there's a whole bunch of cookies but nothing that resembles Win32.PornPopUp.

i think i'm just going to set chrome not to save cookies from now on until i get more help on how to remove this permanently

update:after manually clearing chrome cookies and setting it to block cookies and clear site data after closing, a spybot scan found nothing.
