I got infected with this virus from a friend and spy bot is not detecting it .It is shutting my email down does any reconize it? (removed URL) what do I do?

Spybot-S&D is not an anti virus program. ;) The application searches for spyware, malware, adware, trojans, hijackers and keyloggers.
Do you have an anti virus program installed?
