Error message when using spybot

I have had trouble with being redirected to other websites while using my browsers..(google, internet explorer,etc) I downloaded spybot and it found the problems but I got an error when I tried to fix them..c:/windows\system32drivers\etc\host.access is denied

How do I fix this so that spybot can fix my problems? I'm a bit computer illiterate so please bare with me.

Please see the forum FAQ which also includes instructions on posting a preliminary DDS log: "BEFORE you POST"(READ this Procedure BEFORE Requesting Assistance) (http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?t=288)

Then start a new topic, copy paste the DDS.txt log into it and a volunteer analyst will advise you when available. :)
