sbybot wont fix red entries.PLS HELP

so wen i click on problems,its fixing only green ones and wont fix red ones.it says wen i try fix red problems problems was fixed,putt stiil they appear un-fixed.

i uuse deep scan and immunze my computer before i scan computer.sometimes wen i start scan it says it found some cookies putt cant re-move like 4 cookies from 100.also it cant find theys 4 cookies.SORRY FOR BAD ENGLISH.......

If it can't remove them their should be a po-up box asking you to run the programme before logging in. Have you tried this yet?
