Golden Palace

I continue to get Golden Palace detected every time I run Spybot S&D. I would like to have this permanently removed, but not sure how to do so. Any help greatly appreciated.

Also Spybot S&D in safe mode did not show Golden Palace, but this has happened before and always returns.

Hello
When or if it returns Post a SpyBot results report.
Run SpyBot check for problems, when its finished right click and choose copy results (not full report)
to clipboard and past that back here please.

It appears you dont have an antiviurs and firewall programs ?
