Malware removal problem

Hi, new to this....SearchSpy and Virtumonde probs....have tried 4 times to 'fix' the problems.....next time they are still there..
Just did another scan and here are the results. Please help :banghead:

SearchSpy: Settings (Registry key, nothing done)
