Hello and welcome to the forum. If you are not receiving help elsewhere and still need help, you have several problems and I will see what I can do. I need to ask you to follow the directions carefully and in the posted order.

1) HJT is running from a TEMP folder and it must have it's own permanent folder where it can safely store backups if needed. I prefer you put it here: C:\HJT\HijackThis.exe. If you need more instructions use these:
http://russelltexas.com/malware/createhjtfolder.htm
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/tutorial94.html

2) Disable the offending Service
Click Start > Run and type services.msc
Scroll down to Command Service and right click on it.
Click Properties and under Service Status click Stop, then under Startup Type change it to Disabled.

Delete the offending Service
Open HijackThis and click Config -> Misc Tools -> Delete an NT service.
In the Delete window, type (cmdService) and press OK.
OK any prompts, close HijackThis, and restart your computer.

3) Follow these instructions to remove the Qoologic trojan:
http://www.malwarebytes.org/qoofix.php <<< instructions here

4) How to make files and folders visible:
Click Start > Open My Computer.
Select the Tools menu and click Folder Options.
Select the View Tab. Under the Hidden files and folders heading, select Show hidden files and folders.
Uncheck: Hide file extensions for known file types
Uncheck the Hide protected operating system files (recommended) option.
Click Yes to confirm.
Click OK.

6) Please download ATF Cleaner by Atribune
http://www.atribune.org/public-beta/ATF-Cleaner.exe
Save it to your Desktop. We will use this later.

(some of these items may be removed by the tools, not to worry, just do not miss any)

7) Open HijackThis and choose "Do a system scan only" then check the box in front of these line items:

F2 - REG:system.ini: Shell=Explorer.exe, C:\WINDOWS\system32\ndsqu.exe
F2 - REG:system.ini: UserInit=C:\WINDOWS\system32\userinit.exe,xxaufdg.exe
O18 - Filter: text/html - (no CLSID) - (no file)
O23 - Service: Command Service (cmdService) - Unknown owner - C:\WINDOWS\UmF2aQ\command.exe

Close all programs but HJT and all browser windows, then click on "Fix Checked"

8) RIGHT Click on Start then click on Explore. Locate and delete these items:

C:\WINDOWS\UmF2aQ\ <<< folder

C:\WINDOWS\system32\ndsqu.exe <<< file

C:\WINDOWS\system32\xxaufdg.exe <<< file

9) Run ATF Cleaner
Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.
Click Select All found at the bottom of the list.
Click the Empty Selected button.
Click Exit on the Main menu to close the program.

Restart the computer and post a new HJT log, let me know how the comptuer is running now, and add any comments you think will help.

Your Java program needs an update, see this: http://forums.spybot.info/showpost.php?p=12880&postcount=2

some things i have noticed are that my computer continues to make this weird sequence of like poping kinda noises its a hard sound to describe but this was going on before i followed your instructions and it is continuing to happen after also some of the things that u instructed me to do i couldnt do like it wouldnt allow me to stop command service so i just disabled it
and a 3 of the 4 files that u instructed me to delete after scanning with hjt didnt show up in my scan also before i followed ure instructions on multiple occasions my computer would just start like playing a sound like a person talking about something like a video popup but there was no screen and there was no way of getting rid of it and also when ever i am playing a game on my computer the popping sound will start and it will mius me out of my game and it causes the computer to lag really bad and sometimes crash umm i still cant turn on my firewall and a file called Thumbs.db appeared on my desktop i dont know wat it is should i delete this file? i scanned my comp for spybot and command service reappeared in the form of the file system32/atmtd.dll._ and system32/atmtd.dll but it said it was fixed and another invisible talking popup just happened

thanx for all your help

Thanks for returning your information, you have a clean HJT log. Here is some great information from Tony Klein, Texruss, ChrisRLG and Grinler to help you stay clean and safe online:
http://boards.cexx.org/viewtopic.php?t=957
http://russelltexas.com/malware/allclear.htm
http://forum.malwareremoval.com/viewtopic.php?t=14
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topict2520.html
http://cybercoyote.org/security/not-admin.shtml

System Restore does not know the good files from the bad. In case bad stuff has gotten into your System Restore files, follow the instructions in this link to get clean System Restore files. Turn it off, reboot then turn it back on:
http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/tsgeninfo.nsf/docid/20011119122

http://www.google.com/search?sourceid=navclient&ie=UTF-8&rls=GGLG,GGLG:2006-16,GGLG:en&q=Thumbs%2Edb

You have mentioned that the computer is making noises, this is most often an indication there are problems with hardware. When was the last time you cleaned the dust out of your fans. A google for the subject returns this information:

http://www.infopackets.com/channels/en/windows/gazette/2004/20041014_computer_is_making_strange_noises.htm and
http://www.google.com/search?sourceid=navclient&ie=UTF-8&rls=GGLG,GGLG:2006-16,GGLG:en&q=computer+is+making+noises

I might suggest a diagnostic here: Diagnostic: http://www.pcpitstop.com/

Perhaps that will pick up on something.

Safe surfing...tashi will close the topic in a day or so.
