The following instructions have been created to help you to get rid of "Win32.IRCBot" manually.
Use this guide at your own risk; software should usually be better suited to remove malware, since it is able to look deeper.

Description:
Win32.IRCBot installs a file into the local temp directory. Variants create a subfolder within recycler and drop the copy into it. This malware is run via autorun and establishes a connection with a remote IRC Server. Win32.IRCbot installer pretends to be a cracking or other keygen tool.

Removal Instructions:

Files:

Please use Windows Explorer or another file manager of your choice to locate and delete these files.

The file at "c:\RECYCLER\k-1-3542-4232123213-7676767-8888886\hn.exe".
The file at "c:\RESTORE\S-1-5-21-1482476501-1644491937-682003330-1013\Niggers.exe".
Make sure you set your file manager to display hidden and system files. If Win32.IRCBot uses rootkit technologies, use our RootAlyzer (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=8) or our Total Commander anti-rootkit plugins (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=3).
You will have to use a global search for files without a name specified. Be extra careful, because just the name might not be enough to identify files!

Important: There are more files that cannot be safely described in simple words. Please use Spybot-S&D (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=spybotsd) to remove them.

Folders:

The directory at "c:\RECYCLER\k-1-3542-4232123213-7676767-8888886".
The directory at "c:\RESTORE\S-1-5-21-1482476501-1644491937-682003330-1013".

Registry:

You can use regedit.exe (included in Windows) to locate and delete these registry entries.

Delete the registry key "{23KLN5J0-4OPM-11WE-AAX5-24EF1F387232}" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Active Setup\Installed Components\".
Delete the registry key "{28ABC5C0-4FCB-33CF-AAX5-35GX1C642122}" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Active Setup\Installed Components\".
Delete the registry value "StubPath" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Active Setup\Installed Components\{23KLN5J0-4OPM-11WE-AAX5-24EF1F387232}\".
Delete the registry value "StubPath" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Active Setup\Installed Components\{28ABC5C0-4FCB-33CF-AAX5-35GX1C642122}\".
If Win32.IRCBot uses rootkit technologies, use our RegAlyzer (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=regalyzer), RootAlyzer (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=8) or our Total Commander anti-rootkit plugins (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=3).
