New here and a noob needs help

Hi guys! I dont know much about computers, so I hope you guys could help! =) so heres my problem where i been searching to fix but no help.

first, I have that common problem that none of my program will open. i tried putting my laptop on safe mode and run Malware and spybot but they don't seem to open as well. also my internet won't connect on my laptop.

second, is that win32 thing that keeps poping up when i turn on the laptop before putting it on safe mode.

third, is that when my laptop is in safe mode it keeps poping up this svchost.exe - Application Error (click "OK" to terminate the program or "cancel" to debug the program)

Hi,

Download DDS and save it to your desktop from here (http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/dds.com) or here (http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/dds.scr) or here (http://www.forospyware.com/sUBs/dds).
Disable any script blocker, and then double click dds file to run the tool.
When done, DDS will open two (2) logs:
DDS.txt
Attach.txt

Save both reports to your desktop. Post them back to your topic.
