Internal error

Hello everyone,
I can download Spybot, but when I go to install it, I get this error message: Interal error: Failed to expand shell folder constant "userappdata." What does that mean, and how do I fix it?

I'm running windows 7 ultimate, and I do have admin rights.

Would it matter if have AVG running? I have the full 2011 trial version?

Hello,

Usually you get this message when you do not have admin rights.
Please make sure that there is no right click option you are missing where you can run as admin.
