When I right click on it- I do not see the option listed? My computer is running very slowly, my ISP provider says that the signal coming in is as strong as can be?

Please explain the subject, "I am unable to run as Admin even following the above thread" ;)

Then open Spybot Search & Destroy > Help > About and let us know the version and date of last definitions. Also list any other security programs you have running and your operating system.
