On the Verge of Snapping? Command Service & Installer

Let's hope you folks can help me out. Normally I have no problems with eliminating any sort of virus or malware form my computer, but this current problem has me totally stumped.

'The command service' issue has been showing up constantly in my S&D Scans and nothing else has picked it up. I have the most current version of spybot. I have rune 2 virus scans online, my own resident virus scan, Spybot, Ad Aware and Ewido. It only shows up in Spybot. I know some people are debating it being a false positive but is it connected to an installer? I have this so called "windows installer" that keeps telling me its trying to install something off of the office 2000 cd. And the stupid thing is it even comes up when you're doing nothing. No virus scans have detected it, but once in a while AVG picks up a new trojan (even though I haven't been using the computer all day.) Can anyone tell me whats going on? I forgot to add that I am also running Zone alarm which thankfully for now is keeping it from running. I have never seen this before. It seems to be popping up more and more frequently and interrupting my work on the computer now. Its highly frusterating. What could be causing this?

The command service problem you mention is usualy coused by Ad-Aware, it removed the thing but leave's a registry key with altered permisions which SpyBot and several other program detect.

Please download and unzip Ren-cmdservice to your desktop.
http://downloads.subratam.org/Lon/ren-cmdservice.zip
Open the ren-cmdservice folder by doubleclicking it and then doubleclick the
ren-cmdservice.bat file to run the program.
A text will open when it is finished, Post it please.
Then restart the PC run SpyBot check for and fix any problems found.
When next you check for problems it wont or shouldnt be there.

Sun Java "Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 5.0 Update 7" is Available:

Afterwards it's important to uninstall the old version's via addremove programs.

Its a differeht name every time. the most common one is trojan generic. While waiting for a reply I have run another antivirus and I have cleared this up. But for safety's sake, I have downloaded and run the program you suggested, and it has brought up nothing. It seems I have the problem solved with a new antivirus and firewall.
