Help! Security Tool???

One of our laptops has something (I don't know what!) but it is preventing me from running AVG, Spybot, and Malwarebytes. I cannot run a DDS log either.

On the computer it shows up as "Security Tool" and notifications come up constantly that there are trojans, viruses, malicious programs, etc...I cannot figure out how to get rid of it, as it won't let me run any of my malware/virus removal programs...

Please help! I'm not sure what I can run, so I don't know what info to give you.

laptops has something (I don't know what!)Sorry for the delay, no shortage of posters. What you have is called "scareware." The fraudulent package will find malware on your computer with fake scans and prompts to register or activate it- you will lose money and personal information. Ignore it.
