Hi,

What are symptoms with the system?

Hi: It's a little erratic when using the internet. I looked at my cookies and saw two that looked strange, I googled them and the results were posts from this site, so I figured they might have been malware.

Hi,

Cookies are something I wouldn't be too concerned about. Those can't be completely avoided while browsing the net :). Some programs need updating though. Download and run Secunia Personal Software Inspector (PSI) (http://secunia.com/vulnerability_scanning/personal/) and fix its findings.

I've followed your instructions, and the results were as follows...

please see attached, as it appears to be asking me to do things with programs that I'm not sure I should do... screenshot attached.

thx.

Hi,

You need to download solution (=updated version) for those programs by clicking that icon in solution column.

If you don't use those programs then you may uninstall them via add/remove programs instead of updating.
