Missing DLL File

I keep receiving this message when I start my PC, File missing C\users\myname\appdata\roaming\ScardDlgo.DLL, I have googled it and it says nothing, only mentions ScardDlg.DLL, which is something to do with i-tunes, I am running Windows 7 32 bit, any help would be appreciated.

Has your anti-virus or anti-malware recently removed or quarantined anything?
You can upload the .dll here, (http://www.virustotal.com/) and have it checked out.

I have now fixed this problem by running a Registry Cleaner.
