It also seems that I have been infected with this CmdService and even though Spybot S&D catches on it cannot be removed.

Open a command prompt (start run type cmd press enter) type
sc delete "cmdservice"

press enter, type exit and press enter to exit the command prompt

What version of SpyBot is it you have ?

1. Download this file - combofix.exe
http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/combofix.exe
2. Double click combofix.exe & follow the prompts.
3. When finished, it shall produce a log for you. Post that log in your next reply
Note:
Do not mouseclick combofix's window whilst it's running. That may cause it to stall

Thanks for the reply. I have version 1.4 SpyBot currently. Should i post the whole combofix log? When i try to just post the log it says its too many characters.

Now double-click on the fixme.reg file you saved and click on the Yes button when it asks if you would like to merge the information. Once you get a successful message delete fixme.reg.

Restart your PC.

Reconfigure Windows XP to show hidden files/folders/extension's:
Open any folder, Select the Tools menu and click Folder Options. Select the View Tab.
Under the Hidden files and folders heading select "Show hidden files and folders".
Uncheck the "Hide protected operating system files (recommended)" option.
Uncheck the "Hide file extensions for known file types" option.
Click Apply to confirm. Click OK.

I had trouble deleting file: C:\WINDOWS\system32\winrzf32.dll it said acess denied.
The first file you asked me to submit came up with a lot of varying results like Trojan.Qoologic, W32/Backdoor.KQH, Qoolaid, Downloader.Generic.YZD, and others. The second file all came up with no virus found.
