I have Norton Antivirus Version 10 installed on my computer and it keeps opening an Auto Protect Results window saying that there's a Downloader virus on my computer. Even though it shows that the Downloader is deleted, it keeps adding a line to the window about every 10-20 seconds showing almost the same information. If I close the window, it just reopens shortly after giving the same info. I'd be very grateful if someone could help me get rid of it. I'm not very familiar with computers so any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
