Hi,

You closed off the previous thread because of a delay in getting a response... ( http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?t=60374&highlight=spage )...

Now, the logs are there. Do you need to have me post them again -- this will be the third time. Also, I notice you apologized for *your* delay, and I didn't close your thread. Can you give us a little bit of slack in getting back to you? We're busy too.

Thank you.

spage.

Hello spage,

Hi,

You closed off the previous thread because of a delay in getting a response... ( http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?t=60374&highlight=spage )...

Note, it may be a few days before I am able to resopond, perhaps as long as a week. I haven't disappeared in that case, or dropped the subject. Just busy.

Also, I notice you apologized for *your* delay, and I didn't close your thread. Can you give us a little bit of slack in getting back to you? We're busy too.

The analysts in this forum are volunteers, one replied to your original topic Nov 17th, 2010, and closed it four days later due to lack of a response. They can take only so many topics at various forums in order to assist users efficiently and not overload themselves. Sorry but analysts cannot wait for one person to respond to them "perhaps as long as a week" later. Aside from anything else they'd be constantly asking for up to date logs without making progress. :spider:

Waiting for help in the Malware Forum FOUR days or longer? (http://forums.spybot.info/forumdisplay.php?f=37)

Please see that topic and post in the sub-forum, once a helper responds reply promptly to avoid your topic being archived. :)
