Yesterday morning IE locked up. After a restart I now get notifications from Trend Micro that "Unauthorized URL detected". The notification show up every few minutes but only whenever IE or google chrome are open. The URL usually starts with "http://z0g7yail0.com/..." or "http://pxlaratotor.com/...."

I ran S&D twice. The first time was a regular scan and it found "Virtumonde.prx". That section of the log follows:

Virtumonde.prx: [SBI $B6BF2145] Autorun settings (Pquziyovupomuba) (Registry value, fixed)
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run\Pquziyovupomuba

Virtumonde.prx: [SBI $B6BF2145] Program file (File, fixed)
C:\WINDOWS\elumahohewazucoc.dll
Properties.size=0
Properties.md5=D41D8CD98F00B204E9800998ECF8427E

I then ran a S&D prestrartup scan and it found nothing but the notifications have continued (I am getting them while typing this).

Attached are my DDS reports. Please help.

Well, I couldnt wait any longer so (despite advice not to do anything without advice) I tried TDSSKiller. It reported that it cleaned something and it seems to have worked. The redirects have gone away and the computer seems to be working smoothly.
