Spybot boot CD

How come their is no download option for the boot CD. I cannot afford the cost as I am currently unemployed. If bandwidth is an issue maybe it could be uploaded to a torrent tracker? I would really like to have this tool in my arsenal.

We are sorry.
At the moment we do not offer an ISO download for the Bootable CD.
We are working on technical and legal problems to make that ISO download available, but that will take some time.
