accidentally denied registry change.

I clicked "disallow" instead of "allow" registry change for updating a programme.
How do I change this please to allow?

You can't change it,and once you update the program again,you should be prompted by Spybot once again to Allow or Deny the change,and you could click Allow this time.
Unless you checkmarked Remember This Decision when Allowing or Denying the change.Can you remember if you checkmarked that when Teatimer popped up?
